Hololive vtuber twins Fuwamoco go 3D

Fuwamoco in 3D

Last in the release schedule, the popular vtuber channel Fuwamoco is getting its own 3D glow-up from Hololive.

Fuwamoco consists of two vtubers, the twins Fuwawa and Mococo Abyssguard, the calm and the chaos. Their channel has quickly joined the ranks of the top 50 most followed Hololive accounts since their debut in 2023 with over 900,000 followers. Fuwamoco is easily the most successful of the batch of streamers known as Advent. As more and more members of the group take the jump to 3D, it’s finally the twins’ turn to take the plunge.

Here’s an overview of Fuwamoco as a group and their new 3D model design.

Fuwamoco 3D models go live

Hololive debuted the 3D models for Fuwawa and Mococo on August 10 through a live stream with four live performances.

In the stream, the twins filmed from their childhood home complete with double moons and a tree of promise. Fellow vtubers Fujikura Uraka and Inihami Korone made a special appearance for a musical collab. Following that, Fuwamoco went to Akiba and plugged their first anniversary merch sale before purchasing a special treat in audience provided donuts.

Who got the last donut? After wrestling for it alongside their ruffians, Mococo left victorious and performed two more songs with Fuwawa.

The Fuwamoco 3D model stayed true to their Demonic Dog look with full-bodied tails, moving ears, and big claws. Additionally, Pero got his own model that shows exactly how evil and puntable he is.

With the twins getting a brand new 3D look and moving to Japan, their vtuber careers seems to be taking off faster than many would expect. Hopefully, Fuwamoco stay true to themselves along the way.

Who are Fuwawa and Mococo Abyssguard?

More commonly known as their twin portmanteau Fuwamoco, Fuwawa and Mococo Abyssguard were part of the crew that were locked away by the gods before becoming vtubers.

The two are also known as the Demonic Guard Dogs, with the older twin Fuwawa being “The Fluffy One” and the younger Mococo called “The Fuzzy One.” Like yin and yang, Fuwawa usually tries to keep calm while Mococo attempts to start chaos. Together, they post music covers and always keep things interesting for their fans.

Though still relatively new to the sphere, Fuwamoco won a 2023 vtuber award in the category League of Their Own. This hasn’t gone to their heads, as the twins still love streaming to loyal ruffians, watching anime, and playing with their talking demon dog Pero.
