Livestreaming has proven to be a potentially lucrative career option for those at the top of the industry, and any list of the highest paid Twitch streamers will certainly show exactly that. Some streamers have grown far larger than others, and they have the earnings and subscribers to prove it.
Twitch streamers earn money through their subscribers, direct sponsorships with advertising companies, native advertisements organized and run by Twitch, direct donations, and merchandise sales, among other sources. This look at the highest paid Twitch streamers will focus specifically on those who make bank based on their subscriber counts, which is a big form of income for most full-time livestreamers.
Their overall net worth of the streamers is also being considered, although some streamers have a higher net worth without earning the bulk of that money from subscriptions, or even directly from Twitch. For example, some estimates put Felix “xQc” Lengyel at $500 million for his net worth, but while he certainly is among the highest paid streamers on Twitch, he isn’t even the top 20 in terms of raw subscriber counts on the streaming platform.

As for how much money streamers actually make from their subscribers, that’s a different matter entirely. Standard Twitch agreements include a 50/50-revenue split for all subscriptions between the streamer and Twitch, but it’s well-known that the platform’s biggest content creators are able to get better deals. For the purpose of this list, we’ll point to the minimum amount each streamer is making from their subscribers, but bear in mind that the actual amount could be much higher. And we won’t be considering other sources of Twitch-specific revenue like bits.
IRL streamer Darryl “DDG” Granberry Jr. currently has 2 million followers on Twitch and almost 30,000 active subscribers, putting him at up to at least $75,000 annually from subs alone. For a while now, it’s been estimated that DDG’s net worth is around $8 million, but the outspoken content creator said that was “way off” in 2025, claiming he’s worth closer to $100 million.
DDG started making videos on YouTube in 2014, usually in the form of vlogs, and became a label-signed rapper in 2018. He has continued to make music throughout the years and often participates in content creator events.
Timothy “TimTheTatman” Betar is a popular gamer on Twitch with 7.6 million followers and more than 35,500 active subscribers. This could bring upwards of $88,750 each and every year from just his subs. TimTheTatman’s total net worth is estimated to be between $8 million to $9 million, although some claim it could be as high as $12 million. He’s known for player a wide range of shooters, including Marvel Rivals, Counter-Strike 2, and Battlefield 6, keeping him in the Twitch spotlight.

TimTheTatman
TimTheTatman has become best-known in the streaming world for his collaborations with other popular gaming streamers, and for some of his strong opinions and takes. As an example, in 2023 TimTheTatman asked Activision to remove his Call of Duty skin from the game after developers removed Nick “Nickmercs” Kolcheff’s skin for controversial statements he’d made.
Nicholas “Jynxzi” Stewart currently has 8 million followers on Twitch and 37,600 subscribers, resulting in at least an annual income of up to $94,000 from subs. Jynxzi’s overall net worth is currently estimated to be between $1 million and $2 million. He had a rapid rise to the top of Twitch, going from just a handful of viewers in 2023 to being named the Breakthrough Streamer of the Year at the 2024 Game Awards.
“It was insane,” said Jynxzi at the time. “Having started with only one viewer for an entire year, it’s crazy to see how much my community has grown.”
Jynxzi has become the face of Rainbow Six Siege in the streaming world, but these days he is just as often seen in the Just Chatting category, cutting it up with viewers and fans.
Case “Caseoh” Baker has become a popular streamer due to his blend of self-deprecating humor and funny reactions across both Twitch and TikTok. Caseoh’s charismatic approach and his willingness to be the butt of the joke has proven more than effective, and he’s often one of the most-watched streamers across all of Twitch.

Twitch / CaseOh
Caseoh currently has over 7.5 million followers on Twitch, where he usually plays casual games, horror games, and reacts to videos. He has nearly 39,600 active subscribers, which could make for at least $100,000 a year from subs. Caseoh’s net worth has not been officially confirmed, but some estimates put it at around around $1.5 million.
Michi has only been around since April 2024, yet the Indonesian VTuber has already skyrocketed into massive popularity on Twitch. She currently has 217,000 followers and over 78,600 active subscribers, which could mean upwards of $196,000 a year from subs alone. Michi has held sub-a-thon events during which followers can subscribe to keep her stream live, and this has certainly contributed to her high subscription counts.
Michi Mochievee was previously a member of the vtuber agency VShojo, but she decided to go independent in July 2025. Her vtubing model has purple hair, a scar across her face, and a rabbit mascot. Her silly and outgoing personality has made her Just Chatting and casual gaming streams popular with the vtuber community, so much so that she has become one of the highest paid streamers on Twitch.
The list of Twitch streamers with the most subscribers is always moving and shifting, but some names, like that of TimTheTatman, have proven enduring at its very top. Even so, new and veteran streamers alike are working every day to push themselves to the top of the list of Twitch’s highest paid streamers, and to knock off those already on it.
