VCT Seoul 2025 is bringing new free items for Valorant grinders, and here’s how players can cop some drops for free.
Each year, the Valorant Champions Tour brings heaps of themed content that players can flex throughout the year. VCT Seoul kicks off on August 1, with the top 16 teams across the world clashing in a high-stakes battle for the lion’s share of $2.25 million. To celebrate the event, Riot has announced its “best esports skins ever.” Unfortunately, VCT Champion bundles are typically way out of a regular player’s price range.
Those who are looking to partake in the event can somehow look forward to the free VCT 2024 drops on Twitch and YouTube.
To get free Twitch drops, Valorant players will need to watch the VCT 2024 event live between August 1 and 25.
This time, Riot is giving away a Tactipenguin spray and a Jett Hanbok player card. The spray can be acquired by watching the group stages and playoffs of VCT 2025 from August 1 to 25. For the player card, fans are required to watch the grand final on August 25, which will run from 12 am PST to 4 am PST.
On the dates mentioned above, tune into VCT 2024 channels on YouTube or Twitch to support your favorite team and earn a free reward.
However, players don’t need to watch the whole thing if they’re not an esports fan. Typically, the drop will become available within a few minutes or an hour of watching the stream. Once they have acquired it, they should start Valorant and see the free drops in their in-game inventory.
Before watching the stream, players should make sure they’ve connected their Valorant account with Twitch or YouTube, depending on their preferred platform. Otherwise, the watch time won’t result in free VCT 2024 drops.
