The price of the Lee “Faker” Sang-hyeok’s skins is raising eyebrows in the League of Legends community, and one fan buckled down to do the math.
League announced in May that Faker would be the first inductee into its new Hall of Legends. To celebrate his career, a new in-game event will begin on June 12 alongside brand new Faker skins and other special items.

Many, however, are balking at the price of the Faker skins, as they will be the most expensive bundle in LoL history. Some Redditors have even done the math for what players could get instead of the signature immortalized legend bundle.
With the 59,620 RP that the Faker skin bundle is going to sell for, players could purchase 87 different skins at the same price.
Redditor Acuran calculated that players could purchase 87 different currently available skins in League for the price of the signature immortalized legend bundle. Most of the skins cost around 520 RP, with notable costlier skins including the following.
Even then, the total runs a few hundred short of the 59,620 RP price tag of the top Faker skins bundle.
For the price of the Faker skins signature bundle, players could spend actual money on a number of big ticket items.
Though the exact rate fluctuates based on package size, the top collection in USD comes to around $450. Another Redditor, ATN_PhasPhys, compared the bundle to a number of real world items that could be purchased instead.
Fans ultimately have from June 12 until July 15 to decide if the Faker skins price tag is worth it or not. The main Faker skins themselves are available for a bundle at 32,430 RP that cuts the upgrades and banners. Still, it may be a good compromise for those who can afford it and really want to play as Faker himself.
