Helicopters and tanks are going to wreck one of the greatest seasons in Fortnite

Can we all agree that Chapter 3 Season 2 is one of the best Fortnite seasons of all time?

Great. Now, let’s talk about what can ruin it: Tanks and Choppas.

I’ve been anti-tank since the beginning of the season. Everything in Fortnite is balanced to have no building except the tank. If you get caught in the open or by a third-party tank, you’re almost certainly done for – at least in solos and duos.

“But tanks are so easy to kill!” Ya, you can shoot the driver pretty easily, but you’re not always in a position to do so. Tanks have been the biggest cheese of the season, and now we’re getting the Choppa.

The Choppa is nowhere near the Tank in terms of cheesiness. Helicopters, alone, are a fine element of Fortnite – even in Zero Build.

My problem is that Chapter 2 Season 3 is getting stuffed with these things. The Battle Bus, Tanks, and Choppas are going to wreck the legacy of one of the best seasons of Fortnite.

Do you want to be in an end-game with one team at max height in a Choppa while the other team smashes through all of the remaining cover with a tank? That’s what we’re going to get once all of these helicopters get funded.

With rumors that the Baller will return in the future, I can only hope that Epic will wait until next season, while removing these tanks. If they’re added to the vehicle shit show of Season 2, we’ll be going back to the level of player complaints we saw in Chapter 2. 

Chapter 3 Season 2 deserves to be considered a top-three season in Fortnite. Please, Epic, don’t wreck it with all of this vehicle bs.
