Fans were shocked and disappointed when Hololive’s detective vtuber Amelia Watson announced her technical graduation from the agency. They held on to hope that the vtuber would return, especially since she stated she’d remain affiliated with Hololive. However, that wasn’t the case. After the vtuber’s graduation, fans suspected the newly debuting independent vtuber Dooby was Amelia Watson. While Dooby didn’t admit to being Amelia Watson, she dropped several hints in her debut stream. The clues helped fans deduce her identity in the ex-Hololive vtuber’s detective style.

Fans are overjoyed that Amelia Watson is back as Dooby and some might want to know whether the vtuber has done a face reveal.

Even though Amelia Watson and Dooby haven’t done face reveals fans can still see how their favorite vtuber looks.

Before the vtuber Amelia Watson debuted as a vtuber with Hololive, she was most likely a Twitch streamer known as Sachiowo. The vtuber likely decided to rename herself Dooby because her past life wasn’t a virtual YouTuber and she didn’t want to confuse fans.

The streamer Sachiowo created content while playing games such as Apex Legends, Counter-Strike: Global Offensive, Overwatch, Valorant, and more. While streaming Sachiowo showed her face to fans several times.

When Sachiowo became Amelia Watson all her past content was deleted. However, some fans managed to dig up old videos of the streamer. In one such video, the streamer shows her face to her fans while streaming.

Is there an official Amelia Watson or Dooby face reveal?

Amelia Watson never did a face reveal with Hololive, and there are no plans for an intended reveal as Dooby. 

Most vtubers are known for their personal anonymity. This anonymity does two primary things. The first is it ensures the creator’s personal safety. This is important as several vtubers have had experience with stalkers and toxic fans in the past. Additionally, some fans find it easier to immerse themselves in their favorite creator’s content if their virtual avatar is the only thing they know about them.
