G2 parts ways with coach in potential first move of many

g2 esports

Neil “neilzinho” Finlay  announced that he will be moving on from G2 at the end of 2022. He will remain under contract through the end of December, but G2 will let his contract expire.

The news doesn’t come as much of a surprise, as neilzinho, himself, hinted that G2 would be making some moves during the offseason.

This will likely be the first of many off-season changes from a G2 team that lost to Guild and Liquid in the LCQ before losing three straight in Red Bull Home Ground.

So, the wheel of change is coming around once again and G2 have kindly allowed me to seek new opportunities. My contract expires at the end of December and I will be looking for a new home for 2022.
