After finishing in first place in their group, FUT Esports secured a bye to the upper bracket semi-finals of VCT EMEA Stage 1.

Following victories over BBL Esports and Fnatic, they were ready for revenge as they faced off against Eternal Fire once again. The winner of this fixture would secure the final spot at VALORANT Masters London. During this three-map series, Team Heretics repeatedly shut down Eternal Fire’s offense.
The last time Team Heretics faced off against FUT Esports was in the group stage of VCT EMEA Stage 1. In that fixture, Team Heretics won in a clean 2-0 sweep.
