Fortnite X Destiny 2 crossover event begins today

Following yesterday’s leak previewing the crossover, Fortnite X Destiny 2 has now officially been announced.

On the heels of the Fortnite Dragon Ball crossover, Epic are jumping right into another one with Destiny 2.

The Legends Of Light And Dark Arrive In Fortnite

The event will bring Zavala, Ikora Rey, and The Exo Stranger to Fortnite as skins – all complete with their own back bling and pickaxes.

These Fortnite Destiny skins will be available in the Item Shop at 8 PM, today – August 23. We don’t have news of how long they’ll be available.

According to the official announcement, the Guardians will enter Fortnite with a new Javelin-4 Creative map, which you can play right away.

Make sure to pick up the Dragon Ball Fortnite skins before they rotate out of the Item Shop. The event is still underway – and is much more significant than the Destiny 2 crossover – but the skins are only available for a limited time.
