Epic Games released the trailer for Fortnite Chapter 5 Season 4 officially confirming various crossovers, and now there is a leak that suggests The Simpsons might join the roster as skins.
Epic Games is famous for adding trendy IPs into Fortnite to keep the game fresh and fans happy. Multiple IPs have skins in the popular battle royale, from popular anime like Dragon Ball to Netflix shows like Stranger Things. Although unconfirmed, RDJ’s Doctor Doom might also come to the game. However, while Epic tries to make every Fortnite crossover a surprise, some inevitably get leaked or data mined.
For example, the Family Guy crossover was leaked before it came out, and a new leak suggests that Family Guy’s counterpart, The Simpsons, might come to the battle royale sometime in the future.

A leaker known for leaking Fortnite collaborations states that Epic Games might be working on several skins from The Simpsons.
According to a post on X by SamLeakss, the leaker and data miner received information about this apparent crossover from an anonymous source. While false anonymous leaks are usually a dime a dozen, the same source also leaked the Fortnite x Disney avatar collaboration.
This is not the first time The Simpsons has been rumored to be coming to Epic Games’ battle royale. There was news of a Fortnite x The Simpsons collaboration near the start of 2024, and the claim was backed by an asset identical to Homer’s workplace being in the game. If Fortnite collaborates with The Simpsons, skins for Homer and Bart Simpson are a given. Additionally, other iconic characters like Krusty the Clown or Mr. Burns may get to shine too. After all, the Family Guy crossover also added The Giant Chicken.
The original tweet states the collaboration is “in development” but doesn’t give an estimated date. This suggests fans might have to wait sometime to play as their favorite Simpsons characters. Since Fortnite Chapter 5 Season 4 is Marvel-oriented, Epic will likely wait for it to end before dropping any other big collaborations. The Family Guy skins, particularly the Peter Grifin one, were teased as part of Chapter 5 Season 1’s announcement. Epic might reveal The Simpsons skins with Fortnite Chapter 5 Season 5.
