After patch 18.10, players hopped into Fortnite to see that there weren’t many changes.
Some of the biggest changes involved loot pool adjustments and the replacement of the Slurp Cannon, but the only map change was a destroyed building in Steamy Stacks.
Fortunately, the update also brought some leaks that give us hope for future content and maps changes. Hypex, a Fortnite data miner, found a new POI in the game files called “Cube Town.”
The new locations is about what you’d expect from the name. It looks wide open without much natural cover, but there are a ton of possible chest spawns here.

Right now, we have no idea where Cube Town will pop up, although most players have had enough of Coral Castle.
This combined with the rumors of Tilted Towers making a return in Season 8 is enough to get excited for more Fortnite updates.
v18.10 was only the first patch of the season, after all. We still have a long way to go.
