Fortnite leak reveals ‘flying wildlife’ that drops loot

In the v7.40 patch, Epic Games focused on adding some new game modes, fixing bugs, and making small adjustments to Fortnite like lowering the Gold price of some items.

One exciting thing that hasn’t hit the live servers yet is some sort of flying animal. We can assume that these will be some kind of bird that you’ll be able to hunt for loot.

According to Hypex, the large birds drop tier-one loot and the small ones only drop meat. We can expect to see these enter the game as early as the next major patch.

More info about the upcoming flying wild life animals:

– They will come in 2 sizes: Big & Small
– Big ones drop Purple Scar or Purple SMG + 1-3 Meat
– Small ones only drop 1-3 Meat
