Brazilian organizations Fluxo and W7m have merged on December 9th, becoming a new team called Fluxo W7m.
The move sees them consolidate “sporting and commercial assets” under a single entity after they’ve worked together for over a year in League of Legends. The goal behind the merger is to combine W7M’s management structure with Fluxo’s community presence.

By doing this, Fluxo W7m aims to create a “scalable organization focused on performance, innovation, and long-term growth,” the press release reads. Fluxo has a huge following on socials, as a result of the popularity of its creators, Lucio “Cerol” dos Santos and Bruno “Nobru” Goes, the leading Brazilian names in Free Fire.
Nobru and Cerol will remain at the helm of the organization following the merger, and they’ll be joined by W7m CEO Felipe Funari. T
Funari and Nobru commented on the merger, explaining what their ultimate goal is:
Funari:
This merger is not just about joining operations, it is about creating a stronger, more prepared organisation with a greater capacity to generate value for partners, athletes, and fans.
Nobru:
This merger represents a new chapter for everyone who is part of this journey. We are building something even more robust, focused on the community, the athletes, and the future we believe in for the ecosystem.
Although Fluxo and W7M have assembled a new entity, the existing partnerships and sponsorships they had will carry on to Fluxo W7M under the same terms.
With the merger, Fluxo W7M will have rosters in a variety of titles: League of Legends, CS2, Rainbow Six, Free Fire, EA FC, and Kings League.
Fluxo and W7m are the latest Brazilian organizations to join forces. In October, Spun Midia acquired MIBR. The mediatech also owned LOS Grandes before acquiring MIBR.
