Bethesda’s Fallout Day Broadcast (Oct. 23) had a few treats in store for fans of the post-apocalyptic series this year as the developer announced Fallout: New Vegas Anniversary Edition and Fallout 4 Anniversary Edition.
The pair of rereleases will be available for pre-order, alongside some swag-filled special editions, as the company gears up for Fallout 4’s 10th anniversary next month, New Vegas’ 15th anniversary. Here’s what we know.
As per the Oct. 23 broadcast, Fallout 4 Anniversary Edition will feature 150 pieces of Creation Club content. Releasing on November 10 for PC, Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One, PS5, and PS4, the Anniversary Edition will reportedly also feature an upgrade version If you already have Fallout 4.
New Vegas’ Anniversary Bundle was the other new element revealed. A PC exclusive, the bundle is a physical collectors edition with a statue of Victor, some cards, a Vault Boy enamel pin, and patches, all packaged in a big box.

Unfortunately, neither of these reveals includes a new or remastered version. The Fallout 4 Anniversary Edition is the same decade old game with some DLC, and the New Vegas version isn’t
Just days before this reveal, actor Danny Trejo said he wanted a modern remaster of New Vegas. Like many of us, Trejo will have ended Fallout Day disappointed.
Bethesda wasn’t done with Fallout reveals though, as they announced that Fallout 76, there somehow still continuing online game-as-a-service would be getting new ports for Xbox Series X|S and PlayStation 5 in 2026. A new update to the game, titled Burning Springs, will feature Walter Goggins of Fallout TV show fame reprising his role as The Ghoul.
Meanwhile, mobile and Steam time-sink Fallout Shelter is getting some more DLC in the form of Seasons, which will give players new content to explore.
For Fallout fans, all this news seems neutral at best. No new games announced, and new content for Shelter and 76. I suppose at least it’s not Starfield.
