ESL to host first Stockholm Dota Major with live crowd in over two years

The wait is finally over!

ESL One is set to host the first Dota 2 Major in front of live crowd in over two years.

For the past two years, owing to the COVID-19 pandemic, doors were shut for Dota enthusiasts from attending events in-person.

The International 10 as well derailed the fans’ eagerness to attend the event in-person.

The cancellation of the Winter Major in the current DPC 2021/22 season was a heartbreak, but the fans have a reason to celebrate now.

ESL One Dota 2 Major is set to take place at the Hovet Arena in Stockholm, Sweden from May 20-22, 2022.

$500,000 and 3530 DPC points will be up for grabs with 18 teams vying for the trophy.

The ticket sale will start on Thursday May 17, 2022 at 5PM CET.
