With so many unique cosmetics taken from the huge Marvel universe, comics and gaming fans alike adore the new season.

The new season has also kept fans intrigued with Dr. Doom and the heroes vs villains storyline. One of the best things about this season might be the overpowered Ultra Doctor Doom skin. However, fans are having trouble getting the skin because they can’t reach its location. That will change as Epic has increased the Doom Island spawn chance.

What’s the new spawn chance for Doom Island?

After an update on September 13, 2024, the new spawn chance for Doom Island appears to be 25%.

A known data miner and leaker has made a post on X announcing that Epic Games has increased the Doom Island spawn chance. HypeX shared the news with fans that the Doom Island spawn chance increased from 5% to 20% ,after which it hit 25%. This is great news for fans who still haven’t gotten the new skin. The island’s rarity is the biggest complaint fans have had since the new season’s release.

This caused many fans to request Epic Games to increase the Doom Island spawn chance so they could get their hands on the overpowered Ultra Doom skin. Epic eventually listened to the fans and increased the spawn chance of the island from 5% to 12%. However, that turned out to be temporary, as just three days later the spawn chance was decreased to 5% again.

This time, however, it looks like Epic is trying to do right by the fans. HypeX made another tweet after announcing the increase in the island spawn rate. According to HypeX, Epic will increase the spawn rate of the island daily until September 17 when the new update is released.

This news is very promising for fans who haven’t been able to get the new skins, as the chances of getting the skin have increased significantly. If the spawn chance increases daily then there is a possibility that the island will spawn 100% on September 16. If that happens then all players will be able to access it and get a chance to acquire the Ultra Doom skin.
