Destiny delivers response to Pxie allegations and lawsuit

Pxie Destiny

Steven “Destiny” Bonnell II has delivered a response to the lawsuit Pxie has filed against him and is claiming that he is the biggest victim in their ongoing drama.

Destiny was already a controversial streamer, but when Pxie came forward with allegations about him non-consensually sharing explicit content of her, it changed everything. Multiple other alleged victims have since come forward and claimed that Destiny did the same to them. This has caused the Kick streamer to receive significant backlash from the community.

Not all of the alleged victims are comfortable with tackling the issue legally, which is understandable. But Twitch streamer Pxie had informed everyone of her intentions of suing Destiny. In February, Pxie filed a lawsuit against Destiny regarding the explicit content that was leaked. Destiny has now shared publicly his response to the lawsuit and claims to have been a victim himself.

In a YouTube stream, Destiny refuted Pxie’s allegations by claiming a reasonable degree of consent, and he also claimed that she sent him explicit material of other people potentially without their consenting to those shares.

On 21 February, Destiny responded to Pxie’s lawsuit against him and denied some of her allegations. Destiny also claimed that Pxie was telling people that he was the first person she made explicit recordings with, but that it wasn’t true. He alleged that it was Pxie who had requested he share sexually explicit material with her, and that she also shared her recordings of other men with him.

Destiny elaborated that he has no way of contacting the men in the videos so he can’t confirm whether they consented to their recordings being shared. He was insinuating that Pxie was guilty of the same offense she was suing him for. The streamer also claimed that both he and Pxie consented reasonably to all of their materials being shared.

In another stream, the streamer claimed that the whole issue came down to Pxie attempting to extort him. He claimed she asked him for $15 million to settle the matter. It’s important to note that the lawsuit doesn’t mention the monetary amount Pxie is now suing for.

Pxie claims Destiny is twisting the narrative

In an X post, Pxie responded with claims that Destiny had shared out-of-context screenshots in an attempt to manipulate the situation and change the narrative regarding the ongoing drama.

Pxie refuted his claims and stated that the material she had shared was of her ex-partner and was shared with his consent. She stated that she did so at her ex’s suggestion when she was struggling with her sexual confidence. The Twitch streamer elaborated that she chose someone she could trust in Destiny, but that he violated her privacy in response. First by sharing explicit materials, and then by sharing screenshots of the messages.

Pxie said she didn’t want to make details about her sexual life public but claimed that Destiny was only the second person she had an intimate relationship with. She further claimed he is now using private details against her in order to change the public’s perception. Pxie asked Destiny to stop as he had already shared too many intimate details about her, and she questioned what he would gain by forcing her to reveal more details publicly.

For Destiny, the apparent potential gains are clear, as he seems ready to fight not only in the courtroom but also in the court of public opinion.
