Call of Duty Mobile is just as popular and competitive as its better-known console counterpart, if not more so, with the COD Mobile ranks being filled to the brim with players. To appear at the top of the game’s competitive leaderboard, players have to climb through seven ranks, and we’ve gathered them all and their distribution to help you better understand what your COD Mobile ranked climb will look like.
The COD Mobile ranked ladder is highly competitive, making it ideal for players chasing an adrenaline rush while out on the go. The game has seven different ranks that players must climb up and through to appear on the game’s global leaderboards. Points are awarded for advancing from one rank to the next, and are based on both personal performance and the overall win-loss ratio of the player.
These are all the Call of Duty Mobile ranks and the overall ranked play distribution for players to keep in mind. While there are a total of seven ranks in COD Mobile, the first four ranked positions are divided into separate tiers, with five tiers being available for players to climb through at each of those ranks.

Upon reaching level 10, players can start grinding the COD Mobile ranked mode and climb through its many levels in pursuit of the best possible rank. At the very top of the Call of Duty: Mobile ranked system sits the venerated Legendary rank. Once players break into this highest tier, they can still continue earning and losing points as usual, but they’re also placed on a global leaderboard showcasing the world’s top 5,000 competitive players. Unlike at other ranks, placement here is constantly shifting, as every match can affect your standing against the many other top players found across the world.
In COD Mobile, the player’s rank doesn’t carry over from season to season while remaining at the exact same level. Every two months, or after two battle pass seasons, the player’s progress is partially reset. This means that a Legendary, Grandmaster, or Master ranked player won’t stay at the very top forever, but instead drops down to a lower rank at the beginning of the next season.
The reset is scaled: higher-ranked players lose more progress than do their lower-ranked competitors. For example, Pro V players are pushed back to Veteran V, while Rookie players remain at the Rookie I rank. Here’s how the rank reset looks for each rank in CoD Mobile.

Armed with this information, players should be that much better prepared for their COD Mobile ranked climb and all of the challenges that await them therein.
