Michal “CARMAC” Blicharz is the Vice-president of Product development at tournament organizer ESL. He is responsible for helping grow the Intel Extreme Masters to the powerhouse of the brand it is today.
He also works on growing the ESL Pro Tour, the circuit in which the IEM events are held.
