Valorant Mobile development is making strides and getting features that PC players can only wish for. After replay mode, China playtesters dropped an in-game clip from Valorant Mobile advanced training mode.
In September 2024, Valorant players discovered that replay mode development has finally been completed, but not for the PC version of the game. Instead, the highly requested feature is already in the game for Valorant Mobile. That means playtesters in China are already enjoying in-game replay analysis while the feature is currently under development for PCs with no definite release date.
Now, those playtesters have shared a new clip with advanced training mode, which has never been seen before in the global version of Valorant.
Valorant PC does not have advanced training mode, and the feature is currently only available for Valorant Mobile in China.
Valorant PC currently has a basic range that allows players to hone their reaction time and aim placement. Of course, players find creative ways to turn the range into their own personal training grounds, but Riot hasn’t added any special obstacles and challenges to allow for advanced practice.
That’s not the case in Valorant Mobile, where players can polish their jiggle peeking, jump peeking, and other advanced mechanics in advanced training. In the shared clip, a smaller map can be seen with a mini radar at the bottom, highlighting enemies. Players can prepare to jiggle peek from behind the wall to practice in-game scenarios.
This could be extremely helpful on PC as well. Unfortunately, Riot hasn’t discussed or shared plans to expand Valorant’s current practice range or add the mobile versions’ advanced training options. It seems that Valorant Mobile is way more modern than the PC variant, at least in terms of in-game features.
It remains to be seen if player envy convinces Riot to port this feature into Valorant PC as well. For now, players must return to KovaaK’s or Aim Labs for their advanced practice sessions.
