Whether it’s feeding an addiction to Halo Infinite or taking a nostalgic look back on the original Halo games, there are some great streamers are out there to sate any Halo fan’s appetite.
Halo has a long, strong history, even if the series has seemingly fallen on hard times of late. There are a number of big names from the game’s competitive scene who have hung up their proverbial controllers to become streamers, and there are also plenty of entertaining personalities who got their starts as content creators before settling on Halo as their game of choice.
Halo is special in that it has a number of distinct forms of competitive play for fans to enjoy, and that’s reflected in the variety of streaming content that exists for the game. Here’s a breakdown of the best Halo streamers and content creators to watch today.
Halo has a strong presence on Twitch, YouTube, and across other social media platforms. Many of top content creators on these venues are former professional players and current coaches or casters. But unlike esports like Dota 2 and their top streamers, Halo has a sizable number of content creators with no ties to the pro scene whatsoever. Our list represents both ends of the spectrum.
One of the things that makes Halo truly unique relative to other shooters is the fact that it actually has a sizable speedrunning community. The exciting and memorable campaigns in the Halo series are as important as the multiplayer component for many players. These have made Halo a surprisingly popular speedrunning game relative to other FPS titles that more aggressively steer players toward multiplayer modes.
Halo speedrunning combines the technical skill that fans love to see in competitive play with the frantic, sometimes wacky action that comes with speedrunning. Each game has its own scene, with Zoo being a standout speedrunner in the popular Halo 2.

Former MLG national champion Nick “MaNiaC” Kershner doesn’t play Halo competitively anymore, but he’s still very much plugged into the game’s scene. The former MLG champion and Believe The Hype star sits as the standard-bearer for Halo streamers.
Much of his time is spent playing Halo Infinite, a game he can still stomp online opponents in. Alongside this, he streams a variety of other games ranging from the latest Call of Duty titles to Elden Ring. Fans can also keep up with the esports scene through MaNiaC, as he streams watch parties for big tournaments.

Eric “Snip3down” Wrona is an all-time great in the realm of Halo esports, and he’s also one of the most active retired pros on Twitch. The former champ reunited with his previous organization, Team Envy, as a sponsored streamer in 2025.
For the most part, Snip3down is a variety streamer that often comes back to rival online shooter Apex Legends. He still returns to Halo from time to time, playing everything from Halo Infinite to The Master Chief Collection. This may become more common as he begins casting Halo esports more frequently.
As discussed, Halo speedrunning lets fans take in a unique blend of fun. Alongside the inherent excitement of watching someone try to beat a time-based world record are the awesome grenade jumps, trick shots, and Energy Sword shenanigans of Halo.
byNailz byNailz dabbles in a variety of Halo games and is a former world record holder in Halo 3 and Halo 3: ODST. Alongside full game runs, they also do runs focused on specific chapters in other Halo titles.

Snip3down isn’t the only ex-OpTic Gaming player who is holding it down for the Halo competitive scene. Bradley “aPG” Laws is still actively playing Halo Infinite while also creating content for it.
The 2022 Halo world champion returned to OpTic Gaming in 2025 to become a content creator for the organization he once won the game’s biggest championship title with. Alongside his stellar individual play, he’ll also collab with other streamers, including the likes of the aforementioned MaNiaC, to watch and comment on ongoing Halo esports events.
With a wide range of ways to enjoy the game, from competitive play to speedrunning and even Halo betting, it’s no surprise that the Halo franchise retains so many rabid fans despite its questionable handling in recent years. While those fans are surely hungry to see the series given more love in the years to come, they can at least rest easy in the knowledge that there’s plenty of good content being created around the Halo games each and every day.
