Is the Fortnite streamers x2Twins death hoax true?

There is no official confirmation about the death of x2Twins, and there are only unverified reports that claim both Jesse and Jordan Eckley passed away because of heart failure.

The TikTok alleges that the popular streamers x2Twins passed away after an extensive session of Fortnite. The TikToker doesn’t cite any credible source but claims that Jesse and Jordan Eckley were sweating too much and that led to heart failure.

The streamer’s family or representative has not issued a statement to refute the unverified claims. Furthermore, the TikToker claims that the twins were 23 years old, which is wrong. Jesse and Jordan Eckley were born on January 15, 2003, so the age mentioned in the TikTok is incorrect.

The news is likely fake and was probably started because the duo has been away from social media for some time. The YouTuber TimmyFNBR even made a video to explain the disappearance of the x2Twins to fans after they were worrying about the streamers. TimmyFNBR claimed in his video that the duo hasn’t quit but their schedule is hard to maintain. Furthermore, the YouTuber elaborated that the streamers were collaborating with other popular content creators like James “MrBeast” Donaldson on their YouTube channel, so they are just slowing down and not stopping.

However, this unexpected news about the demise of the popular Fortnite duo shocked everyone. Fans took to X to share their shock and also question whether the news was true. The rumor can easily be squashed if the twins or their family respond and clear the fans’ doubts.
