Ever since the introduction of chapters and seasons, Fortnite features an overarching storyline similar to the expansions of many famous MMORPGs such as World of Warcraft. With the seventh anniversary fast approaching in July 2024, Epic Games may have big plans for the celebratory event. Recent sightings of the Wanderer certainly inspire imagination in the minds of many Fortnite fans. Notably, the Wanderer’s role began before Chapter 5: Season 3 even began.

The story of Fortnite Chapter 5 Season 2 follows The Society’s remnants as they battle Zeus in a losing fight, which leads players on a quest inspired by Greek myth.
The story kicks off with the season’s launch, wherein the Oracle makes vague prophecies about the fate of humanity against Zeus. The Underworld segment reveals Aang trapped in an iceberg, setting the stage for the Avatar: The Last Airbender collaboration.
After a series of quests from iconic figures from Greek myth, the player recruits some powerhouses to humanity’s side and defeats Zeus in an epic battle. However, this is just the beginning. The Oracle states Zeus was just the beginning and warns the player of The Wanderer, For players, the mysterious hooded figure may just be the harbinger of doom.

These skins come from the Fortnite Myths & Mortals Battle Pass. They are exclusive to the Battle Pass, and the player must progress further to unlock each skin.
Fans had a mixed reaction to Fortnite Chapter 5 Season 2, though the skins and storyline were generally considered good.
