All skillful skins for Arcane’s Jayce in League

Known as a prominent League champion and one of the tritagonists in Arcane, Jayce has a number of slick skins to show off in game.

In League of Legends, Jayce is a marksman and fighter who works best in the top lane for players with a medium skill level. His popularity level hit a new peak, however, after the release of the 2021 television show Arcane. Both players and viewers became familiar with his scientific background, and many new players chose to start with Jayce because of that familiarity.

Jayce has 11 different available and rare skins, all of which feature his iconic hextech hammer.

With nine available skins, many fans have treated Jayce like a pretty boy champion, more famous for his looks than his gameplay, and almost all of his available skins support that. Certainly, no one can deny that he’s at least a little cute.

Original Jayce

A scientist first and foremost, Jayce resides in Piltover and is renowned for his skill with hextech. He defends Piltover from enemies with his own invention, the Mercury hammer, though he shies away from some of the attention that comes with his status.

Full Metal Jayce

Release date: July 6, 2012

Cost: 1,350 RP

Less of a full metal alchemist than a full metal warrior, this version of Jayce fights in RiotCorp-sanctioned Rift Wars for entertainment. Fans on the sideline cheer for both his success and the Riot points they get every time. Full Metal Jayce should still watch his back. One makes a lot of enemies on their rise to the top.

Debonair Jayce

Release date: February 14, 2013

Cost: 975 RP

Move over Gatsby, the debonair skin suits the Jayce of Crime City, who’s the man of the hour every hour. Beyond just his inventions, he has to appear almost as a god, the picture of high class and the epitome of success. His recall notably resembles the tango.

Forsaken Jayce

Release date: May 3, 2015

Cost: 1,350 RP

Jayce isn’t a part of the Star Wars extended universe, but he would be well suited to the Sith with his forsaken skin. He’s sworn vengeance on his old master and the idea of balance after traveling down the wrong path. Riot did release Forsaken Jayce on May 4, so the connection can’t just be a coincidence.

Jayce Brighthammer

Release date: November 17, 2016

Cost: 750 RP

In a world where champions are tabletop roleplaying game characters, Jayce’s commitment to science and progress makes him a perfect candidate for the paladin class. Armed with a hammer that can easily make a shockwave to disable any enemy, he’s a loyal ally who isn’t afraid to try and get one over on the rift master.

Battle Academia Jayce

Release date: May 15, 2019

Cost: 1,350 RP

Battle Academia Jayce is more comfortable with the awe that comes from his brilliance than his other multiverse forms. Class president of the Durandal God-Weapon Academy while both an inventor and an entrepreneur, he wants to prevent others from experiencing his own past tragedies. If that means becoming a god’s weapon, then so be it.

Resistance Jayce

Release date: November 12, 2020

Cost: 1,350 RP

With great power comes great responsibility, something that resistance leader Jayce knows well. After a miraculous return, he’s set his sights on ending Viktor’s cyborg-based reign of terror. If only Jayce could have stopped it earlier, then they wouldn’t be in this whole mess.

Arcane Jayce

Release date: November 8, 2021

Cost: 975 RP

Jayce’s Arcane skin came out just days after the first episode aired and quickly became a fan favorite. Jayce Talis goes from sponsored young inventor to social pariah after saying that hextech magic should be accessible to the de facto head of Piltover’s council. After the Season 1 cliffhanger, some fans are worried that he won’t be appearing in Arcane Season 2.

Zenith Games Jayce

Release date: September 9, 2022

Cost: 1,350 RP

The Zenith Games is the most important competition of the next century. Jayce even invented an entire new sport called Hammerjack to show off humanity’s new augmented forms alongside the boring, regular ones.

Rare Jayce skins

Both rare Jayce skins come from Worlds 2023, with both a regular and prestige form. Both are available until patch update 14.20, at which point they go back into the mythic shop rotation. Fans who want to get the special commemorative skins should act quickly.

T1 Jayce

Release date: August 14, 2024

Cost: 1,350 RP

To celebrate T1’s win at Worlds in 2023, Riot issued several commemorative skins to the winning team members. Top laner Choi “Zeus” Woo-je chose Jayce as his champion. The new Jayce skin features lightning theming to represent Woo-je’s gaming handle and a quintuple crown animation for the five times T1 has come in second.

Prestige T1 Jayce

Release date: August 14, 2024

Cost: 125 ME

Additionally, Jayce received another prestige skin in brilliant white and gold. Everyone knows that, after all, Jayce is T1’s biggest fan. He never gave up on the squad, not even after its surprise defeat in 2022. This is Jayce’s first prestige skin.

Jayce fans will get to see him again on the bigger screen come November when Arcane Season 2 airs. While it’s unclear if Riot will add more skins to the Arcane line, players have a plethora of looks to tide them over until the next release.
