Epic Games is launching a new shoes mythic for Fortnite and all of the new kicks have been leaked before being released in the battle royale.
Epic Games is notorious for collaborating with various IPs and bringing new mythic skins in Fortnite for fans. However, in Chapter 6, it looks like Epic will be changing or adding many new things to the battle royale. They range from making Fortnite OG a permanent mode to the introduction of the Kicks mythics. Fortnite Kicks are shoes that players will be able to use like other cosmetic items. Epic had planned an initial release for November 12, 2024, as part of the Fortnite Remix battle pass. However, it looks like things might have changed.
On November 12, 2024, Fortnite’s v32.10 update was released without the Kick cosmetics, but data miners have leaked all the upcoming Fortnite shoes.
Data miners have accessed the encrypted files in the new Fortnite update and leaked all the shoes that will be released at an undisclosed release date.
Epic tries to keep new things a secret but that seldom works. However, this time the Fortnite Kicks were already announced so data miners already knew what to look for. When the update didn’t have the new cosmetics, they knew to check the files so they could leak all the shoes that would be released.
A reputable data miner iFireMonkey tweeted on X to leak all the encrypted Fortnite shoes from the new update. Epic had already announced that the initial lineup would feature Jordan and Nike, along with Fortnite originals. This makes the list less of a surprise but here’s the full list of all the upcoming Fortnite shoes.
Epic Games has delayed the release of Fortnite Kicks, and they now have no confirmed release date.
The Fortnite Status X account confirmed that the Kicks cosmetic has been delayed because of a visual issue. Fans can still unlock the Air Jordan 1 High OG ‘Black Toe Reimagined’ Kicks as they are earned by purchasing the Fortnite Remix Pass. However, players won’t be able to use them until the release of the full Kicks lineup.
