Counter-Strike 2 has a mix of old and new locations that offer battlegrounds for competitive players looking to book a slot on the Premier leaderboard. Here are all the maps for each game mode in CS2.
CS2, developed by Valve, is an incredibly realistic game featuring stunning visuals and picturesque locations. In some maps, the objective is to defuse the C4, while in others, players are tasked with rescuing a hostage. However, competitive and Premier maps primarily focus on bomb defusal as it presents a more daunting challenge.
Those who are new to CS2 may find it difficult to understand exactly how many maps are available and which game mode they are available in.
CS2’s Premier and competitive modes both have the same map pool, with the exception of a few locations. However, in order to play your preferred location on Premier, you’ll have to go through a voting process. Moreover, you’ll gain a rating upon winning instead of getting a rank upgrade.
If it’s the golden Global Elite badge you’re after, then competitive mode is the one you should be playing. You need to win separate games on each map to gain map-exclusive rank in CS2.

CS2’s Wingman mode has a total of five maps, including Memento, Assembly, Nuke, and more.
In the June 29 update, Valve updated the Wingman map pool with two new locations. With the addition of Memento and Assembly, here’s how the lineup looks now.
Arms Race is a unique game mode that consists of one round with continuous respawns. There are 6 CTs and 6 Ts, and whoever scores a kill with the Gold Knife first will win the game. Arms Race maps are designed to suit the fast pace of the mode. Valve recently added Pool Day into the mix, a smaller classic map perfect for a quick game.
