A first look at vtuber Elara’s new model and original song

In her latest video, vtuber Elara reveals her newest model and originally composed song, much to the excitement of her many fans.

The elven Elara has been streaming since 2021 to her almost 20 million followers on YouTube. While she saw controversy over information shared earlier this month, the “newstuber” posts Twitch amdvtuber drama, reaction content, and even Elden Ring playthroughs with other vtubers. She’s a very recognizable vtuber in part due to her prominent goth aesthetic, but the new anchor decided on a a shake-up.

Elara has been teasing her new model and original music since October 19, along with new lore and an entire concert. Jaxon has obtained an exclusive first look at what she’s been up to.

Elara debuts new 3D model

Elara shared exclusive images with Jaxon showcasing her new, more druidic 3D model.

The elven vtuber’s third model is a slight departure from her heavy metal and goth aesthetic. Elara now appears like a dark druidic nymph. She’s traded her diadem out for a pair of horns and her fluffy cape for a leafier one. Most of her costuming looks almost to be made out of wood, complete with branching leaf patterns. Elara walked straight out of the forest to share the hottest vtuber gossip and news with her expansive audience.

Her earlier models skewed more into the witchy theming, with more prominent golds and purples alongside jewels. However, she maintains a similar dress shape from her second look with the long front and cutouts, albeit in different locations. Regardless of the era she’s in, Elara seems to favor an outfit that shows off her model’s rather voluptuous bust.

Elara’s new model is more compliant with the current Twitch regulations than the last one was. It hides more of her hips while not fundamentally taking away from the design. Time will tell if this is enough for the censors.

Elara’s new song gives boss battle energy

Alongside her new model, Elara also shared her new song as part of her 3D concert.

Elara’s new, originally written music is reminiscent of the boss battle music frequently found in games like Final Fantasy. The song plays around with orchestral instrumentals, drums, horns, and background chorals to invoke an epic, dramatic scene.  The vtuber likely drew some of her inspiration from her Elden Ring experience when she was writing.

While Elara’s music and model showcase premiered on November 2, 2024, fans can still watch the recording on YouTube. They’ll also be able to see her new look in one of the plethora of videos that she’s sure to post in the coming days and weeks.

Thanks very much to Elara for providing an exclusive look and listen to Jaxon.
