Mobile Legends: Bang Bang is celebrating its ninth anniversary with its largest appreciation event yet, titled “9th to Meet You,” and the event will bring new skins, events, and rewards to MLBB fans throughout the month of October.
MLBB has been going strong for nine years now, continuing to increase its player count and esports reach with each year. With millions of active players in Southeast Asia alone and 4.1 million peak concurrent viewers in 2025 Q2, it’s considered one of the world’s biggest competitive gaming titles. To celebrate these major milestones and the game’s ninth year of operation, developer Moonton is bringing a ton of new content for its fans and players.
9th to Meet You launches with a special in-game hub specifically made for the celebration and full of new rewards for MLBB players: the Anniversary Venue. Here, players can compete in matches and complete missions to collect Anniversary Points and energy. These light up various stages in the venue, each with new effects and rewards attached.
Progressing through the immersive Anniversary Venue unlocks exclusive items, including the final prize: Fanny’s Epic girl group skin. This is one of four girl group-themed skins being made available for four different heroes. Starting on October 17, players can also unlock Lolita’s superfan skin as part of a limited-time puzzle event. Complete tasks to reveal puzzle pieces, eventually leading to rewards like the special skin and a painted variant.

9th to Meet You is introducing a new reward system, the Stardust Vault, which will remain permanently in the app even after the celebration concludes. Unclaimed event progress will be converted to Stardust Crystals, which can be used to unlock in-game skins, even up to and including MLBB’s valuable Epic skins.
“This ensures no effort goes to waste,” Moonton said in a release detailing the new reward opportunities. “This system reinforces MLBB’s player-first approach by providing flexibility and long-term value. Together, these features guarantee that every player can take home lasting anniversary rewards simply by playing.”
The 9th to Meet You event will begin on October 9. Players can log in to take part in the event, earning rewards and unlocking the exclusive girl group skins. Along with other opportunities for in-game rewards such as the MLBB Creator Camp, this is yet another way in which the developers behind Mobile Legends Bang Bang are rewarding the game’s most diligent fans and players.
