The move follows Giants’ failure to reach the LVP Spring playoffs for the first time since the 2017 spring split. Since then, the organization bolstered its ranks with three marquee signings: Jiizuke, former Excel Esports support Henk “Advienne” Reijenga, and former BIG AD carry Tim “Keduii” Willers.
On top of being a significant signing for the team and the region region, it is a return to known territory for Jiizuke. Indeed, his career skyrocketed starting 2017 when he turned Giants Gaming around from a struggling team to eventual Spanish champions.
